On Gina’s first day as the new owner of the retirement home, she asks Drew for help getting through to a short-tempered resident whose wife is sick. Linda Lavin stars, and Hector Elizondo, Jane Seymour, Ben Vereen, Priscilla Lopez and Jim Beaver recur as residents at Valley Hills Retirement Home.
The regular cast includes, Annaleigh Ashford as Gina, Thomas Middleditch as Drew, Kether Donohue as Gabby, Sara Rue as Julia, Izzy G. as Maddie, Terrence Terrell as Eli, Linda Lavin as Norma and David Anthony Higgins as Jerry.
The recurring cast includes, Hector Elizondo as Harry, Jane Seymour as Bette, Ben Vereen as Peter, Priscilla Lopez as Meredith, Jim Beaver as Spencer and Anna Maria Horsford as Mrs. Ludlum.
Jim Patterson, Warren Bell and Jamie Rhonheimer did teleplay for the story by Chuck Lorre, Adam Chase and Jessica Kravitz. James Widdoes directed the episode.
